Chat Transcript Forwarding
Your visitors can now receive their entire chat transcript by email once the chat has ended.
In the admin area, enable the transcript question in the Exit Survey.
Customer Survey (Pre-chat, Exit and Offline)
With the ‘Pre Chat Survey’ and ‘Exit Survey’, you can gather customer information before you chat and get feedback from your visitors on the service they received. While Customer Service Representatives are offline, the "Offline Survey" can be activated to address customer needs.
Configure these surveys in the admin area.

Operator Survey
With the ‘Operator Survey’, you can qualify leads and take notes about your chats.
Configure this survey in the admin area.
Chat Transfer
Transfer calls from one agent to the other, for example transfer a customer from a sales assistant to a support agent or escalate a call from an operator to a manager.
Use the transfer button.

SSL security
All chat conversations are SSL (128-bit) encrypted. You can now safely send and receive sensitive information like credit card or account data. 
In the admin area, enable SSL on the main administration page.

How much is it?

LivePerson Pro cost only $99/month/seat. Volume discounts are available.

Note that the licensing system in LivePerson is based on concurrent operators. One seat enables one concurrent operator and unlimited chats.

What is the migration Process?

We will provide you with a new LivePerson account number and a link to download the latest LivePerson software.

You will replace the HumanClick tag in your Web pages with the LivePerson tags.

Your canned responses will be automatically transfered to your new LivePerson account.

Your visitors' history will be not be migrated to your new account.

How do I get started?

Our Online Sales executives will provide you with a new account number and guide  you through all the steps of the migration. If you are not currently chatting with one of our Online Sales Executive, please click on the "Chat Live " button at the left of the page.
